An opportunity to see inside some of the City’s best new buildings, led by the developers, architects and engineers involved, on Wednesday lunchtimes.

Broadgate, owned by British Land and Blackstone, covers 30 acres of land around Liverpool Street Station, with 16 buildings set around four landscaped squares, over 60 restaurants, bars, shops and health clubs.
This tour, led by British Land, will be an opportunity to learn about the history, architecture and the contemporary art collection of the Broadgate estate. With the new 5 Broadgate development for UBS on site, the refurbishment of 199 Bishopsgate complete and planning permission recently given for the redevelopment of the Broadgate Circle, attendees will gain an understanding of how Broadgate continues to evolve to satisfy the needs of modern legal and financial occupiers.
